Verco Operational Update – COVID-19 Coronavirus

Currently Government guidance has not closed manufacturing businesses. While the wellbeing and safety of our employees, customers and partners must be our top focus, we are writing to reassure you that Verco is in a strong position to weather these difficult times and to continue providing our products and services. We continue to closely monitor the situation, we are preparing for the future as we see it and will react to any new information and to the rapidly changing situation, as it develops.

In the meantime, all Verco manufacturing facilities and administrative functions remain fully operational and we are producing as normal. We have taken the appropriate safeguarding measures to protect the health and wellbeing of our colleagues throughout our business.

  • While we are experiencing some difficulties from suppliers from Covid-19 affected countries, our overall stock position remains strong and we remain confident of being able to fulfil demand over the coming weeks.
  • Our showrooms in London and High Wycombe remain open, by pre-arranged appointment only and under the new guidance restrictions of no more than two people and maintaining proper Social distancing at all times. All larger events and/or gathering have been cancelled.
  • Our Sales Managers are currently working from home and are holding client meetings remotely by phone or video conferencing, where possible.

Our thoughts remain with the people and communities most directly impacted by COVID-19. We recognise that this is a ‘team’ effort and that we all have a part to play in combatting the virus, and that our actions can have a significant impact on the course of this disease. As the situation develops within the UK and globally, we will make every effort to maintain our usual service levels and to minimise any disruption and in addition to keeping you informed as to the level of impact on our services.
