Designed by Wim Segers

The Hartwell collection was created by Studio Segers, the design office of Wim Segers.

The four round solid wooden legs are connected by a cross-connection under the seat. The legs show a slight inclination towards the seat and back, which is not only visually balanced, but also ensures the necessary stability of the chair. The slight inclination of the seat and back, combined with a slight curvature of both parts and the ergonomically correct dimensions guarantee optimal seating comfort.

The objective is just to bring added value to a seat, that little extra compared to an ordinary chair.

Enviromental Info

Consideration has been given, at the design stage, to minimise the environmental impact of the chair. The upholstery can be removed and replaced, both to prolong the life and to reduce the environmental impact.
