It is the action blockbuster of the summer, the long awaited
espionage sequel, Bourne Ultimatum starring Matt Damon. If
you've seen it, you might just have recognised some of our
executive furniture used for the offices of Vosen and Landy,
with meeting and system furniture used in other areas of the
New York Hub.
When the production company cast for the right look for the
CIA sets at Pinewood Studios, it found the ideal solution
in a mix of desking, storage and seating from VERCO. Corniche
was specified in a Cherry finish for the furniture of the
CIA Director, Noah Vosen, complemented by a Luxus
high back executive leather chair. For his deputy, Pamela
Landy, a customised Intuition
desk was created in a Walnut finish to achieve the desired
styling for the set.
Dark Grey MFC Oblique
Desks with mobile pedestals and 3rd level storage were used
for the 'Bull Pen' and other areas such as the 'Hit Room'.
An Omnia
Conference table and Profile
chairs in a matching Natural Walnut finish were used in the
meeting room.

Studies page or check out more about the film at

Keep it simple, stylish and affordable. It's a received wisdom
in mainstream workplace design and fit-out sector.
And it's one that could have been written for
VERCO's Oblique
furniture programme.
So apart from high budget film sets, where else has Oblique
been specified over the 18 months it has been
in the market?
Well, virtually everywhere. It has proven extremely
popular in general office environments, providing
adaptability and flexibility, as well as a heightened
sense of light and space. Its bench-like characteristics
make it ideal for educational, scientific and
technological applications.
It has also been extensively specified within
the financial sector, in high street building
society or bank branches and large headquarters
alike. |
