A major revision to VERCO’s
online presence sees the fruits of a year-long design
programme realised today (February
1st 2007) in the launch of
www.verco.co.uk
The new site, with nearly 1,000
pages, constitutes a major investment for the High Wycombe-based
workplace furniture manufacturer – one of Britain’s
largest and longest-established suppliers. |
Designed for VERCO dealers,
designers and facilities managers, as well as
consumers using workplace seating and furniture,
the site benefits from easy-to-navigate drop-down
menus taking in a comprehensive overview of every
one of the Company’s seating, furniture, storage,
tables and accessories lines, together with case
studies of some key applications.
Corporate data covers the Company’s
development to the present day, latest news, an
introduction to the Company’s management
team, and highlights its wide range of customer
services and best practice policies and philosophies.
A library of downloadable materials
includes current catalogues (which can also be
ordered in hard copy format, online) as well as
product images, quality and manufacturing certification,
product operator information, advice on care and
maintenance and related issues such as ergonomics,
and 3D CAD data, password-protected for exclusive
dealer use. |

Call centre staff for
Welsh Water chose VERCO furniture as part of a
£750,000 refurbishment of the company's
customer services centre at Cardiff,
carried out by office design specialists, Concept
4.
"By the nature of their
work, call centre staff have a closer relationship
with furniture than most office workers,"
says contract centre Queue Manager, Lisa Davies.
Tasked with the management of the centre refurbishment,
Lisa ensured that all staff played a role in defining
furniture solutions that met their specific practical
and aesthetic needs. |
