VERCO Office Furniture Ltd endorses a total quality management system.

Quality Assurance Certification to BS ISO 9001:2000 was first achieved on 27th April 1992 under our Registration No. 20306.

VERCO Office Furniture Ltd is subject to continuous assessment by BSI. A copy of the latest BSI Audit is available if required. In addition quality checks may be made at any stage during manufacture, by prior appointment.

The purpose of the manual/procedures is to describe and define the managerial responsibilities and the Quality System of the Company which are necessary to ensure compliance with contractually agreed product specifications and the continual high quality of all the Company's products.

Achieving and sustaining these high standards requires a systematic and disciplined approach by all employees in all activities associated with a customer's order.

This has been achieved by the implementation of a Quality System (BS EN ISO 9001) which will ensure that the needs of our customers are met at optimum cost through the planned and efficient utilisation of the technological, human and material resources available to the Company.

The implementation of the Quality System will be mandatory, but it's success can only be achieved by the commitment and participation of everyone in the Company. Each and every employee will therefore receive the Joint Company Directors' fullest support in ensuring the Quality System is understood, implemented and maintained throughout the Company.
