Urgent Notice - Employment scam It has come to VERCO's attention that communications from bogus individuals claiming to recruit on behalf of VERCO Office Furniture Ltd have been made in order to attract job applicants from overseas. The scam appears to be principally email based and we recommend that you do not enter into correspondence with anyone making unsolicited offers of employment on behalf of VERCO Office Furniture Ltd. In order to ensure that all recruitment activity is carried out by authorised representatives of VERCO, we will always adhere to the following process: No job offer will be made without first conducting
a face to face interview with the applicant; VERCO is not responsible for such fraudulent correspondence
or any loss or theft which may result from it. If in doubt about any offer
of employment, please contact the HR Manager. Victims of scams may also
wish to report such scams to their local law enforcement agencies. |
